What kinds of products do you make?
Our specialism is health and beauty toiletry products. In most simple terms, we manufacture liquid fill products such as soap, creams, lotions, oils, serums, and gels. We currently manufacture a huge variety of skin cleansing, skin care, hair care, baby care, eau de toilette and male grooming products.
Do you outsource your manufacturing?
No, we have two sites and do not outsource any part of our process. The DCS Manufacturing site is based in Redditch, Worcestershire and our parent DCS Group is headquartered exclusively in Banbury, Oxfordshire. We welcome the opportunity for our key stakeholders to visit both sites.
What are your Minimum Order Quantities?
A variety of factors determine Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), therefore it varies project to project. However, as a rough guide 10,000 units is generally the absolute minimum. We will work with you to establish the most efficient, optimal manufacturing quantities per order.
What are your lead times?
We are extremely proud of our reputation for being a fast and flexible manufacturing partner. We work with our clients to establish the optimal lead time possible, involving an agreement to hold longer lead time raw materials. We understand market pressures and work innovatively to meet key deadlines.
How long does it take to develop a product?
This varies according to complexity. There are some fixed timelines within product development including testing which will take a minimum of three months. Our commitment is to work openly and diligently with our clients to plan for success.
Can you cope with high volume?
We produce tens of millions of units per year, and have expanded our capacity for the future. We are fast and flexible in scaling our operation to cope with surges of volume and new opportunities alike. Additionally our business is financially strong and stable with an excellent credit rating meaning we can purchase large volumes of materials without issue.
Do you have off-shelf formulations available?
We have a robust library of off-shelf formulations which may be suitable for your brand to achieve shorter timescales to market.
